You submit a client intake form. If you're ready to go, and we've got space that week, we'll book you in straight away. Once you submit your details(by 9am Monday), we’ll review everything and get started on your website. We’ll build your site, then send it to you for a quick review before going live. Then we'll make and send you a personalised video showing you how to edit YOUR site. Simple, streamlined, and no tech headaches.

Our cutoff for websites built that week is 9am Monday. Your website will be ready in 5–7 days after that Monday, if we have everything we need from you. Quick turnaround depends on quick replies — the faster you send your content and feedback, the faster we can launch.

Just the basics: A short description of your business Your services (+ prices if you want that included) Contact details Any images or branding (if you have them) otherwise I'll contact you to choose from our colour palettes Don’t worry if it’s not perfect — rough notes are completely fine.

No problem at all. You can choose from our curated colour palettes and clean design styles to get a professional look without needing full branding. If you’d like a logo, we can help organise a simple one as an add-on.

We build on Wix or Squarespace, depending on what suits your needs best. Both platforms are easy to use, reliable, and allow you to update your website yourself after launch.

Yes — absolutely! You’ll have full access to your website and we’ll show you how to make simple updates, so you’re not stuck relying on anyone. We'll record you a personalised video on how to update YOUR site yourself.

You’ll need to pay for your website hosting through Wix or Squarespace (usually around $20–$40/month). We don’t charge any ongoing fees — your website is yours to manage (unless you want our help later).

Yes — all websites are designed to look great on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Yes — your package includes one round of revisions. We keep this streamlined so your website can be completed quickly.

No problem! Additional pages can be added for an extra cost. (They form part of our extras pricing at $200 each).

That’s completely fine — you can send rough notes or dot points. If you’d prefer, we can also help with basic copywriting as an add-on. (This is covered by our extras pricing of $200. This includes copywriting for any/all pages).

You’ll need a Wix or Squarespace account. We can set this up for you then transfer ownership to you once the build is done. It’s all very straightforward — no tech skills needed.

To keep things fast and affordable, this package doesn’t include: Complex custom functionality Large ecommerce stores Ongoing maintenance If you’re unsure, just ask — we’ll point you in the right direction.

We work in weekly rounds. Submit your details by Monday 9am to be included in that week’s build schedule. If you're not quite ready yet but want to book in a build week in advance - we do that too.
